We hope you love your Paul Mitchell swag! At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for different sizes, so please double-check your selections before completing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged item

• A brief description of the issue

We’ll respond quickly and make sure your new item gets to you as soon as possible.
